ABOUT

Kevin Patton is a Senior Human Capital Consultant and Executive Coach with extensive experience in helping executives, teams and organizations improve performance and create greater professional, organizational and financial success.  As President and Senior Consultant,  he leads the Clearbridge Consulting team in delivering a broad range of strategic talent and organizational development consulting services.

 

As a highly-regarded executive coach, Kevin helps executives increase their leadership and communication skills, leverage their strengths, navigate change and create results.  He is passionate about helping organizations develop their leadership talent at all levels and is expert is the creation and delivery of customized leadership and management development programs, 360 feedback, leadership competency models, onboarding and high potential identification and development.

 

As an advisor to senior leaders and teams, Kevin has consulted on the planning and implementation of a wide variety of successful change management initiatives and is a frequent facilitator of strategy, business planning, process improvement and brainstorming meetings.  He has also been a frequent partner to leaders and organizations on crafting corporate communications, creating strategic alignment, and developing customer experience strategies.

 

Previously, Kevin was Director of Learning and Development for the Denihan Hospitality Group where he was responsible for all talent and organizational development for this hospitality management and investment firm which includes the Affinia Hotels and Benjamin Hotels brands.   Among his major contributions in this role were developing and executing a talent management system to assess, identify and develop high potential leaders and developing and implementing a competency-based learning and performance architecture.  He also managed all training and acculturation for acquisitions and openings. 

 

Prior to that, he was Training and Development Manager for Manhattan East Suite Hotels where he oversaw the assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation of company-wide learning and performance development programs and initiatives.  He has also held a variety of operations management positions for Grand Bay Hotels, Meridien Hotels, Manhattan East Suite Hotels and Nikko Hotels.

 

Kevin’s most recent corporate leadership role has been as Director of Training and Development for Archstone, a real estate investment trust specializing in the development, ownership and operation of  luxury lifestyle apartment communities in key markets in the United States and Europe.  In this capacity, he oversaw the development and implementation of a variety of learning and organizational development initiatives including leadership development, customer experience and employee engagement.
